At 12:13 a.m. Wilson Matute, 33, of Plymouth, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent of operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor.
At 11:58 a.m. Michael R. Guerard, 33, of Quincy,was arrested for marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.
