Plymouth Couple Provides Disaster Relief in Illinois

Volunteers from the American Red Cross of Massachusetts are assisting with tornado relief in Illinois.

A Plymouth couple is currently volunteering in Illinois as part of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts response to tornados in the midwest.

Bob and Betty Hartman, veteran Red Cross volunteers who have served during several large-scale disasters, are working as Disaster Mental Health Service Associates in Illinois.

Red Cross volunteers from around the country have been working around the clock to provide meals, shelter and mental health services to residents in Indiana and Illinois.

Anyone interested in donating to the tornado relief can go to www.RedCross.Org, call 1-800-RED-CROSS or textthe word REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.
