
A Plymouth man accused of opening fire at a condominium complex has been sentence to up to three years in prison.
Fox 25 is reporting that John Goduti was sentenced this week after pleading guilty to assault with intent to murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property, possession of a loaded shotgun and carrying a dangerous weapon.
The 56-year-old also got five years’ probation.

Police say in the summer and fall of 2014, Goduti fired a high-powered black powder rifle at the Plymouth Colony Condominiums from his van while driving along nearby Route 3.
No one was hurt, but residents noticed holes in the walls and windows of units facing the highway. Some found small bullet fragments on their floors.
