Special Two-Phase Parking Ban For Court, Main & Sandwich Streets During January 31 To February 3 In Plymouth

Due to the significant amount of snowfall from the January 29th storm, the Town of Plymouth will implement an additional, two-phase modified parking ban in the Downtown Plymouth and North Plymouth areas, to allow the Department of Public Works the ability to remove the volume of snow that has accumulated along the Court Street – Main Street – Sandwich Street corridor.

Phase One – Beginning at 11:59 p.m. on Monday night, January 31st, and continuing through 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning, February 1, 2022, a parking ban will be in effect along Court Street, Main Street, Main Street Extension, and Sandwich Street, between Samoset Street and Lincoln Street.
Phase Two – Beginning at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday evening, February 1, 2022 and running through 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, a parking ban will be in effect along Court Street, between Atlantic Street and Cherry Street.

Maps detailing the two phases of this special Parking Ban and the Town’s public off-street parking lots are attached, below.
Vehicles parked on the specified sections of these streets will be subject to tagging and towing at the owner’s expense during the scheduled parking ban.
During the parking ban, free off-street parking is available in any Town-owned public parking lot, with the exception of the upper level of the Parking Deck on South Russell Street.
