Talk Face-to-Face with Commuter Rail Managers
The management for the commuter rail system in greater Boston will be available to talk with riders and answers questions at three sessions during the next week.

Do you take the commuter rail to work everyday in Boston and have some feedback for management? Maybe you take it occasionally to a Red Sox or Bruins game and have an idea about how service could be improved.
Either way, the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Co.’s “Meet the Managers” sessions are for you. Starting on Tuesday, members of the company's Commuter Rail Management Team will be available to meet riders and answer questions.

MBCR operates the commuter rail service through a contract with the MBTA.

MBCR managers will be available to “discuss the overall service and respond to any questions you may have,” according to an announcement from MBCR.
The first session is on Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 4-6 p.m. at South Station. The second station is at Back Bay Station on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 4-6 p.m. and the session comes to North Station from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19.
