What's the Plymouth Weather Forecast for Halloween?
Does Mother Nature have a trick or treat in the forecast?

Nobody likes a cold Halloween. And even fewer people like a wet one.
Which brings us to the weather forecast for Halloween 2013, Thursday night.
The treat looks like it won't be too chilly with highs in the high-50s Thursday night. But a trick could be in store, too: While the forecast for rain is only 20 percent during the day, that jumps up to 50 percent in the evening, according to Weather.com.
Our Advice: If you're dressing up - maybe incorporate an umbrella or raincoat into your costume this year.
