Easton Motorcyclist Dies In Quincy Crash
Police say the operator was ejected from his motorcycle after losing control of the vehicle.

QUINCY, MA — An Easton man died following a motorcycle crash in Quincy Sunday night.
At about 7:27 p.m., officers responded to a report of a crash near Quincy Avenue and East/West Howard Street. A preliminary investigation revealed that the operator of the motorcycle, identified as 26-year-old Nicholas Lombardi of Easton, was traveling south on Quincy Avenue at a high rate of speed when he lost control. Lombardi was ejected from the motorcycle when he and the motorcycle struck separate vehicles in traffic.
He was transported to South Shore Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The other drivers involved remained on scene and were uninjured. The crash remains under investigation by the Quincy Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office.
