Quincy Tree Lighting 2025: Snow, Santa, and Spectacular Lights!
Mayor Koch and Santa lit up the Hancock Adams Common! Music, Hot Chocolate, and 'Elf' kept the huge crowd warm on a chilly, magical night.
\The Annual CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING held 11/28/25, TONIGHT IN FRONT OF CITY HALL at the HANCOCK ADAMS COMMON. It was packed with families and friends, young and old to celebrate the 2025 Christmas Season with Mayor Koch turning on the TREE LIGHTS with the help from SANTA CLAUS who wished us all a very Merry Christmas before heading back to the North Pole to get ready for his long journey bringing presents on CHRISTMAS MORNING, to all Boys and Girls! A miracle happened when the trees were lite.....just on cue SNOW sprinkled from the sky on all of us!
COFFEE BREAK CAFE was extremely busy supplying Hot Chocolate at their tent to the hundreds in line to enjoy a Hot Cup of Chocolate! Pop Corn and the movie " Elf ", playing on the Jumbotron and so many other activities for all to enjoy on this frigid night, but warm hearts prevailed.
Entertainment was spectacular its musical band and singers really wowed us all. We even had sing-a-longs and light show against City Hall!

Maybe 2026 Annual Tree Lighting at City Hall can rival New York's Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting by having more Talent, more music, to make Quincy a Holiday Destination for visitors from all around by making this Annual Tree Lighting More Epic!
We all had a great time taking photos by the Tree and enjoying a wonderful family and friends night of good cheer!
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL and TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!
