QCAP Partners With Bank of Canton For First Time Homebuyers Workshop

From QCAP: Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. (QCAP) in partnership with Bank of Canton, will host a comprehensive workshop designed for first time homebuyers.

The two-day workshop will be held Thursday, June 8 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. AND Saturday, June 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Quincy Community Action Programs office, 4th floor, 1509 Hancock St, Quincy, MA. Attendance at both sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.

The workshop provides a comprehensive review of the home buying process. Real estate professionals will lead instruction on topics from mortgages to home insurance. Participants may also use their Certificate of Completion to obtain a low rate loan through MassHousing or MassHousing Partnerships. Individual counseling is also available.

Registration begins on Monday, April 24 and ends on Wednesday, May 10.
