The City offered Free Shuttle Tolleys to all every 15 minutes plus Senior Vans for all its Seniors!
The many public visitors were also able to self-guide and park on their own!
Starting at 10am - 4pm, the City was a buzz with visitors from all around the country from engaging with many at these locations. Truly a once in a lifetime to absorb all this day had to offer and understand how our City of Quincy participated in the Country’s Independence!

All the sites had guided tours to enlightened its guests with details and anecdotes that one never knew, including myself who is a lifetime resident here along with my parents!
It also provided self tours as well!
Strolling through the Homes and Gardens of each buildings, some had demonstrations of piano playing at the Dorothy Quincy Homestead on a very Rare Instrument similar to a harpsichord! This amazing performing guide truly had the gift of her years of knowledge of this instrument.
Characters dressed in period clothes to give a glimpse of what they wore and why and showed us all how garments and fabrics were made by the Spinning Wheel and Sheep’s wool.
One had only to imagine that the public was able to enjoy, learn and experience these preserved Historic Landmarks all in one day here in the City of Quincy.
