Wednesday, May 23 <ul> <li>At 10:18 p.m., a caller reported credit card fraud.</li> <li>At 3:27 p.m., a caller reported harassing phone calls.</li> <li>At 4:20 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Concord Street.
