Arrangements of fresh flowers smiling up from the kitchen table, bathroom counter or a bedside table lift the heart, and casual bouquet can bring a touch of graciousness to our lives. Florist and gardener Betsy Williams will speak at Coffee & More program series on Tuesday, June 12 at 10:00 a.m. on the topic, Flower Arranging—Plain and Simple.

Betsy’s gardens and floral arrangement have been featured on television and in many books and magazines.  She will demonstrate how and when to buy, pick, cut and condition flowers and greens, as well as the simple, practical mechanics of arranging in water and floral foam, using fresh seasonal plant materials.  One lucky attendee will win a floral arrangement to take home.
