At 2:50 p.m. on Monday, Julio Portillo, 45, of 70 Chester Ave., in Chelsea, was arrested for a warrant on Main Street near Burroughs Road. Monday, Feb. 27 <ul> <li>At 2:36 p.m., an unknown caller reported a large group of youths fighting at . Police investigated and found a a group of more than 30 youths playing basketball, but no evidence of a fight.</li> </ul> Tuesday, Feb. 28 <ul> <li>At 7:55 p.m., a Lowell Road resident reported a noise complaint.
