Suspicious Person May Be Connected to Tewksbury Bank Robbery

The following is a look at some of the calls handled by the from Wednesday through Thursday. The information is open to the public.
Wednesday, Jan. 18
- At 1:50 p.m., a Main Street resident reported that home heating fuel was stolen from his trailer.
- At 1:57 p.m., a Country Club Road resident reported that a trash truck damaged the roadway.

- At 7:11 a.m., a Chestnut Street resident reported a road rage incident on Main Street.
- At 1:19 p.m., an unknown caller reported seeing a male party wearing jeans, a brown jacket, black gloves and black face mask walking into . Police arrived within one minute after receiving the call, but the male had already left. He was seen in a small blue car on Park Street heading toward Haverhill Street. The description of the male is similar to the person who , who was also seen driving a small blue car, perhaps a Ford Focus. There have been bank robberies in and Lowell in the last two weeks.
