5 Things: Highland Hash Spring Fun Run Tonight
This morning, there will be a Business Networking Breakfast for BNI Rainmakers at the Sophia Snow Place.
- This morning, there will be a Business Networking Breakfast for BNI Rainmakers at the Sophia Snow Place. 7-8:30 a.m. Breakfast will be complimentary. 1215 Centre St.
- Tonight the Parkway Running Club's Highland Hash Spring Fun Run Series is running starting at Blanchard's in West Roxbury at 6:30 p.m. At each Fun Run, participants will meet at the venue at the time listed, where they can choose from either a 2.5-mile or 5 mile route based on their skill level. Each route will end back at the venue, with light appetizers and locally brewed craft beer for 90 minutes following the run. Every runner gets a pint of the featured beer at the finish, compliments of West Roxbury Main Streets, and Parkway Running Club is generously providing the food at the event. Donations will be accepted for the One Fund Boston, too.
- Tonight enjoy Blues in the Village with Common Ground at Birch Street Bistro starting at 8:30 p.m.
- Register for a free lecture tonight "Perspectives of an Artists/Naturalist" with author/artist James Prosek at the New England Aquarium. 7 p.m.
- Remember composting starts this week, so put it out in brown bags on your recycling day.
