- The Roslindale Village Farmers' Market is looking for volunteers, including a graphic artist.
- Applications are due May 24 for the Associates of the Boston Public Library's Children's Writer-in-Residence Program. The program benefits include a $20,000 stipend and an office at the Central Library in Copley Square.
- The Museum of Fine Arts will hold a Memorial Day Community Weekend with three free days of art and family fun at the Museum of Fine Arts.
- Do you want to enter college but need financial assistance? In addition to offering financial assistance, the Alray Scholars Program assigns each recipient a dedicated mentor. Must be graduates of a BPS high school, charter school, the METCO program, or have received a GED. Award: up to $3,000. Deadline for applying is June 15.
