Man Who Shares Famous Name Arrested in Rozzie on Warrant for Assault with Painting Stick

A man who shares a famous name with someone in the news recently was arrested on warrant in Roslindale for a previous incident allegedly including assault by means of a painting stick.
On Aug. 4 around 8 p.m., Alex Rodriguez, of 305 Cummins Highway, #2, Roslindale, was arrested on a warrant from West Roxbury District Court for charges related to the assault and battery with a dangerous weapon that occurred in May of 2012; and for Chelsea courts for failing to appear in court according to a Boston Police report.
The suspect was arrested at 305 Cummins Highway.
