Roslindale Woman Arrested on Warrant for Public Assistance Fraud

The Boston Police Department Fugitive Unit arrested a Roslindale woman on a warrant for public assistance fraud.

On April 29, around 7:15 a.m., Tanya Jacqueline Williams, of 66 June Lane, Roslindale, was arrested on a warrant out of Boston Municipal Court on April 16, 2013, for public assistance fraud, according to a Boston Police report. She was arrested at residence.

Williams was also wanted on other warrants, a default warrant out of West Roxbury District Court issued on March 28, 2012, for larceny by check of less than $250; and a straight warrant out of Brighton District Court issued on Aug. 2, 2006, for larceny by check of more than $250.
