Search Warrant Arrestee: 'They Just Raided My Crib'

A Roslindale man was charged was arrested and charged with possession of crack with the intent to sell after a search warrant was executed at his Stellman Road apartment.

On April 26 at 1:58 p.m., James Kearse, of 28 Stellman Road #2, Roslindale, was arrested and charged with possession of a class B drug, crack-cocaine, with the intent to distribute, according to a Boston Police report.

District E-5 Boston Police Drug Control Unit officers executed a West Roxbury District Court search warrant at apartment two of 28 Stellman Road and seized the items including: $65, one plastic bag containg a beige rock believed to be crack-cocaine, personal belongings including social security cards, debit cards, photo IDs, and personal papers, one box of plastic bags with one cut-off baggie, and one cut-off baggie.

During booking, post-Miranda Rights, an officer allegedly heard the suspect say to an unknown person on his phone call, "They just raided my crib."
