
Before you start your week you need to know these 5 things:
1. It's Patriot's Day so state offices are closed, Sunday parking rules apply and there is no trash collection. The mail will come as normal and Federal offices will be open as well as supermarkets, liquor stores and restaurants. The MBTA will be running extra trains due to the Boston Marathon.Â
2. Speaking of Patriot's Day, trash will be delayed one day. will continue as normal. Yard waste collection will be on your trash day the week of April 25.

3. Can you believe is going to be 10-years-old tomorrow? I remember when it was the new, hot restaurant. The restaurant will be celebrating with a big bash tomorrow at 5 p.m.
4. There are six Salem High games today. If you don't have to work take the opportunity to watch some local sports. Check out out events calendar or wait until noon when the varsity sports schedule for the week will be posted.
