OUI; Reckless Operation: Salem Arrests

Erik S. Leibowitz, 43, of 24 Pondway Street in Apoka, FL was arrested and charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating under the influence of liquor.

Juan Rodriguez, 46, of 1 Baldwin Street in Haverhill was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, operating under the influence of alcohol, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
