Tuesday, April 5 marked the official ribbon cutting at Re-find Boutique located at 72 Washington Street in the heart of downtown.  Mayor Kim Driscoll, local business leaders, husband John Matthews, customers and family members joined owner Shelley Matthews to kick off its ceremonial beginning.

Re-find is a small women’s boutique that specializes in new and re-sale clothing, accessories as well as reclaimed furniture pieces.  The clothing selection is 50% new and 50% re-sale.  This allows you to come into the shop and know that you will always find something in your size as well as a one-of-a-kind treasure.

Looking for some great additions to your home?  All of the furniture that is used for displays are pieces the proprietor, Shelley Matthews and her husband John have redone or refurbished.  Doing some spring-cleaning in your closet?  Re-find takes appointments to buy your clothes.  Not your typical consignment store but rather a re-sale shop that will buy your clothing for either cash in hand or trade
within the store.

“This has been a dream of mine for the last 16 years” said Shelley Matthews, owner of Re-find. “I live in Salem and love this town, there is no where else I would rather be.  So far business has been good and the store has been well received."

Re-find is open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm, 12:00pm –
5:00pm on Sunday. Hours will be extended in the summer and private
shopping appointment/parties are available as well.  Call Shelley at
(978) 219-9501 or stop in for more details
