Resisting Arrest; Shoplifting: Salem Arrests

Sunday, March 27

Jason M. Coombs, 35, of Jefferson Avenue in Salem was arrested and charged with furnishing a false name on arrest, driving the wrong way on a state highway, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and on a warrant.

Monday, March 28

Joseph A. Leclerc, 24, of Lynn Street in Peabody was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Desiree D. Lucius, 32, of the streets of Salem was arrested on a warrant.

Michael A. Tomlin, 28, homeless of Salem was arrested on a warrant.

Joseph A. Vincent, 26, of Prospect Street in Gloucester was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
