
Police are investigating a break-in at Salem High School sometime late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
At 5:50 a.m. Sunday, police responded to Salem High School where two custodians found the building had been broken into overnight.
Multiple computers had been smashed in the library/media center, according to police.

Police believe entry was made through a large window in the library, which was also smashed. No alarm was triggered, according to police.
In total, 12 computers were destroyed, likely by a hammer, police said. Police believe the break-in happened sometime after 5 p.m. Saturday at 5 a.m. Sunday. School officials are working on creating a list of the smashed computers to give to police.Â
