Salem Restaurants, Bars Brave The Snow

SALEM, MA – OctoCog, a local food and beverage consulting agency, has put together a list of restaurants and bars that are braving the storm. Gov. Charlie Baker has explicitly asked drivers to stay off the road, but if you want to make the trek for a bite or brew, here's where to go.

• The Naumkeag Ordinary, open at 5 p.m., free American Chop Suey
• Notch Brewing, open at 2 p.m.
• Bambolina, open until 3 p.m. (updated)
• Deacon Files Distillery, open at 12 p.m.
• Far From The Tree Craft Hard Cider, open 2 to 7 p.m.
• Olde Main Street Pub, open at 5 p.m.
• Tavern on the Green at the Hawthorne Hotel, open, serving half-priced appetizers from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
