SALEM, MA —Salem declared a snow emergency parking ban starting Saturday night with up to 9 inches expected from an overnight storm.
The ban will begin at 8 p.m. citywide and 10 p.m. in the downtown district.
This snow emergency will remain in effect until further notice.
