WitchPitch? Headed to NYC This Weekend

Salem High's A Cappella group hopes to win big this weekend in the Big Apple.

Salem High School's A Cappella group WitchPitch? is headed to to New York City this weekend to compete at the New York Society for Ethical Culture. 

The group won the New England Semi-Final for the International Championship of High School A Cappella (ICHSA), held at Veterans Middle School in Marblehead

As the winners, they move on to the finals in New York City against 9 other high school groups from across the country.

In the semi-final, they competed against seven other groups from New England and had a score of 424 points.  Full results from the event can be seen at varsityvocals.com.  

In the group's second year of existence, the group hopes to win big this weekend. WitchPitch? will be singing WitchPitch? Theme Song, One Step At A Time, featuring Lishbeht Ramos '13, Winter Song, featuring Meryl Schultz '13, Dynamite/Hey Soul Sister, arranged by Craig Simonetti '11
