SHREWSBURY, MA — The town is calling high school seniors to apply for the 2026 Town of Shrewsbury Scholarship.
Applications for the scholarship are now open, and the deadline to apply is March 5 at 4 p.m. Applicants will need an application, an official high school transcript, a personal essay, and one letter of recommendation.
The awards are based on financial need, character, community service and academic achievement. In 2020, the town awarded 25 $500 scholarships to students to further their education at higher learning institutions, according to the town.
