The Select Board also set a date for a Special Town Meeting on Dec. 17, which will allow a vote for a Zoning Moratorium for the Lakeway and Route 20 Overlay Districts.

"This Moratorium would allow for more time to thoroughly review the zoning bylaws in those districts and make any necessary changes before further development moves forward," said Casavant in a news release.
