Big Food Truck Rally Coming To Maple Avenue Fields In Shrewsbury

The family-friendly event Friday afternoon will feature 20 trucks, local brewers, music and more.

SHREWSBURY, MA — The Shrewsbury Recreation Department will host a large food truck rally, artisan market and beer-and-wine garden Friday evening at the Maple Avenue Fields.

The event will feature 20 local food trucks, artisan vendors and a 21+ area featuring Clinton's Sterling Street Brewery, Hudson's Clover Road Brewery and Shrewsbury's own Broken Creek Vineyard and music from a DJ.

There will also be a raffle featuring items from MOOYAH Burgers, the Worcester Red Sox, Worcester Bravehearts, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Casta Diva Restaurant, Tavern in the Square, Pickle Haus, Aero Coffee Roasters, Mayo's Pets and Northborough's School of Rock.

The food truck rally starts at 4 p.m. Friday, and admission is free. The rain day will be June 14, but the forecast shows just a 30 percent chance of showers, but mostly during the morning hours.
