Boston Marathon 2022: See Shrewsbury Runners In The Race
The 2022 Boston Marathon will be the first held on the traditional Patriots Day date since 2019.
SHREWSBURY, MA — Shrewsbury marathoners this year will take part in the first traditional Boston Marathon since 2019.
Shrewsbury has 12 residents running in the April 18 race, which is the first to be held on Patriots Day date since before the COVID-19 pandemic began. You can see the list of local men and women running below.
The marathon was held for the first time since April 2019 in October. You can see the 2021 results on the Boston Athletic Association website.
