Residents Report B&Es, Brush Fires
The following information was provided by the Shrewsbury Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, April 30
12:28 p.m.: Police received a 911 call for a woman making threats to the owner of a business at 242 Boston Tpke. Police spoke with the woman and escorted her out of the business.
1:24 p.m.: The Fire Department responded to a brush fire on Sewell Street.

4:18 p.m.: A male was injured in a skateboard accident on Main and Holman streets, and taken by ambulance to UMass.
Wednesday, May 1

7:49 a.m.: A past breaking and entering was reported on Oak Street. Police took a report.
10:14 a.m.: A caller reported two suspicious males on Parker Road. Police responded and found the men were doing 4G testing for Verizon.
12:18 p.m.: A person went to the Police Department lobby to speak with the animal control officer about a dog bite. The person was spoken to and photos were taken.
4:59 p.m.: Michael J. Ostiguy, 22, of 5 Lanark St., Worcester, was arrested at home and charged on four warrants. The warrants were for check/forgery, forgery, larceny from a building and larceny from a person.
5:04 p.m.: The Fire Department responded to a brush fire on Cobblestone Way and Bridle Path.
5:55 p.m.: Jandson Martins, 36, of 7 Prospect Heights, Milford, was arrested on Boston Turnpike and charged with having no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.
6:10 p.m.: An attempted break-in was reported on Grove Street.
