Delays Expected As Roadway Improvements Get Underway In Shrewsbury

SHREWSBURY, MA — Eversource will be performing roadway improvements on several streets in Shrewsbury this week and early next week, according to a news release from the town.

The work will happen in two phases — milling and paving.

On Sept. 24 (milling) and on Sept. 29 (paving) will be done at:

• Amberly Lane
• Hunter Circle
• Fiske Street
• Hutchins Street
• Crescent Street

On Sept. 25 (milling) and on Sept. 30 (paving) will be done at:

• Oak Street (Judick Street to South Quinsigamond Avenue)
• Ladyslipper Drive
• Boston Drive

The work will begin at 7 a.m. each day, and roadways will remain open. Delays are expected and driveways could be blocked for a period of time.
