In Court: Woman Found Guilty after Leaving Crash
Here are the Shrewsbury cases from Westborough District Court.

Thursday, June 14:
Tyler Mclennan, 19, of 4 Adin Dr., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 6 by Shrewsbury police and charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charges.
Tyler Mclennan, 19, of 4 Adin Dr., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 17 by and charged with possession of a class E drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute. Judge Virzi dismissed the first two charges. He found sufficient facts on the third charge and continued the case without a finding to June 18, 2013, ordered him to undergo substance abuse evaluation and treatment, to remain drug-free, subject to random screenings and to pay $65 monthly probation fee.

Adrian H. Lenardson, 19, of 139 Walnut St., Shrewsbury, was arrested Feb. 17 by Shrewsbury police and charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws and possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute. Judge Virzi dismissed the first charge. He found sufficient facts on the second charge and continued the case without a finding to June 18, 2013, ordered him to undergo substance abuse evaluation and treatment, to remain drug-free, subject to random screenings and to pay $65 monthly probation fee.

Melissa L. Beauregard, 32, of 431 Boston Turnpike, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 30 by Shrewsbury police and charged with driving negligently, OUI liquor, failure to stop/yield, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, marked lanes violation, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Judge Virzi dismissed the first charge, found her guilty on the second charge, placed her on two year’s supervised probation with 14-day in-patient program and aftercare, two-year loss of license, two year’s supervised probation and $65 monthly probation fee, dismissed the next charge, found her responsible and filed the next charge, found her not responsible on the next charge, dismissed the next two charges and found her guilty on the final charge and filed it.
Jose B. Cabrera, 36, of 1 Coburn Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 21 by State Police in Shrewsbury and charged with driving with a suspended license. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 20.
Nicholas Simon, 26, of 190 South Quinsigamond Ave., Apt. 211, Shrewsbury, was arrested June 13 by Shrewsbury police and charged with OUI liquor, motor vehicle lights violation and marked lanes violation. Judge Virzi continued the case to July 26.
