Police Log: Four Teens Arrested After Fight

Friday, March 9:
8:03 a.m.: A caller in the lobby reported a past dog bite on Oregon Avenue. A report was taken.
1:47 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a stolen necklace from Hillando Drive. A report was taken.

2:01 p.m.: The responded to High Street for two dogs running loose. One dog was returned to High Street and the officer was unable to locate the second dog.
2:19 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported loud music on Melvin Avenue.

2:27 p.m.: A contractor reported his dog got loose on Willard Avenue. The animal control officer responded.
3:12 p.m.: A person in the lobby reported a dispute with a car on Hapgood Way. Police responded and spoke to everyone involved and said the driver was just playing around.
3:14 p.m.: An employee reported a man attempting to sell CDs to customers on Boston Turnpike.
3:40 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Mallard Circle to retrieve a found dog. It was returned to the owner.
3:41 p.m.: A caller reported a driver threw a liquid substance at a car at Route 20 and South Street.
4:36 p.m.: A dispute was reported on Boston Turnpike between four teens. The following people were arrested:
Jacob W. Shea, 17, of 47 South Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a Class D substance with the intent to distribute.
Ryan Coleman, 17, of 9 Elizabeth St., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a Class D substance with the intent to distribute.
Allen L. Manley-O'Brien, 17, of 7 Neptune Dr., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a Class D substance with the intent to distribute.
Sean Timothy Kelly, 17, of 36 Grafton St., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a Class D substance with the intent to distribute.
4:57 p.m.: A caller reported an ongoing dispute with the owner of a business on Boston Turnpike.
7:32 p.m.: A caller reported annoying phone calls. A report was taken.
10:03 p.m.: Victoria C. Lane, 50, of 15 Dudley Rd., Oxford, was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, leaving the scene of property damage and OUI liquor, second offense.
11:24 p.m.: A caller reported a man is drunk and locked out of his house on Elm Street. He was taken to UMass.
11:47 p.m.: A caller reported a man was breaking into his car on Boston Turnpike.
Saturday, March 10:
12:35 a.m.: A caller reported his fence was damaged by something last night on Elm Street. It was possibly linked to a previous reported incident.
2:41 a.m.: Brenna R. Miller, 31, of 30 Shrewsbury Green Dr., Apt. K, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor.
4:21 a.m.: A caller reported a neighbor playing loud music on Melvin Avenue.
9:28 a.m.: A caller reported a larceny on Oak Street. A report was taken.
9:53 a.m.: A caller reported a larceny on Worthington Avenue. A report was taken.
11:33 a.m.: A caller reported a larceny on School Street. A report was taken.
12:36 p.m.: A caller reported children setting fires in the woods on Worthington Avenue. Police responded and advised it was Boy Scouts training.
1:27 p.m.: A chimney fire was reported on Walnut Street.
4:03 p.m.: Gunshots were reported near Arch and South streets.
6:13 p.m.: A caller reported graffiti on a business' wall on Boston Turnpike.
6:34 p.m.: The animal control officer responded to Willard Avenue for a golden retriever puppy found. The puppy was returned to its owner.
