SHREWSBURY, MA — A group of young people spent their Saturday morning giving back to the community in Shrewsbury.

Youth volunteers with Sewa Boston, the local chapter of a Hindu faith-based nonprofit, cleaned up the trails at Dean Park. The project aimed to promote environmental responsibility and raise awareness about maintaining shared spaces.

"They were greeted by many walkers and runners," said Neha Kaushal Mishra, the co-coordinator of Sewa Boston. "And they motivated, encouraged the kids for selflessly working over a Saturday morning and helping clean the trail."
