Shrewsbury Testing Water Distribution Thursday Afternoon

Certain vicinities in Shrewsbury will undergo water distribution system testing on Thursday, March 20.

SHREWSBURY, MA - Shrewsbury will be testing its water distribution system March 20 starting at 1 p.m.

According to a post on the town's website, testing will be conducted in the vicinity of 150 Clinton St., 1 Cypress Ave. and then by 464 Hartford Tpke. Residents will likely experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water.

If residents notice discolored water after the testing is over, they are advised to run cold water in an outside faucet or downstairs faucet until it clears.
