Shrewsbury's Dean Park Pond Reopens
Dean Park Pond was closed due to elevated bacteria levels.
SHREWSBURY, MA — Shrewsbury's Dean Park Pond is reopened. The town announced the reopening on Thursday after the pond was closed for weeks due to elevated bacteria levels.
Officials said fishing activities can now resume but there is still no swimming or wading is allowed in the pond.
