Town Of Shrewsbury: Important Message From The Water & Sewer Division - Water Service Interruption On Tuesday, 11/2

On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, weather permitting, contractor Ricciardi Brothers, Inc., will be completing the final disconnection of the old water main on School Street. This work will take place at the intersection of Spring Street and School Street. Water service in the area will be off from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. to allow this project to be completed. Please follow the link below for a map of the area where water service will be interrupted. Paving and final restoration work will be ongoing for the remainder of the week.

Residents in the vicinity of the project may also experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. If you experience discolored water once the project is complete, please run the cold water in downstairs bathtub until it clears.
