SOMERVILLE, MA — Pop-up Bagels announced that it will be opening a new location on Assembly Row this coming summer.The bagel chain also has locations in New York and Connecticut. The new Somerville spot will be its third in the Massachusetts area, with others in Seaport and Wellesley. The Seaport location was its most recent addition, having just opened in January.The eatery is known for its unique presentation of its bagels, with them being sold whole and meant to dip into bowls of butter or cream cheese. An exact date for the launch of Assembly's location has not yet been revealed.
