SOMERVILLE, MA — The Somerville Police Department received the following reports on Wednesday, April 16, and Thursday, April 17.Wednesday, April 166:28 p.m. — Police responded to the YMCA on Highland Avenue for a report of a weapon being drawn. A person reported getting into a physical fight in which the other person drew a firearm and pointed it at the person. Police searched the assailant's room and found a handgun with a defaced serial number. He was then arrested.Thursday, April 1710:58 p.m. — Police responded to a report of shots fired in the vicinity of 17 Webster St. One shell casing was found on the corner of Webster Street and Cutter Street. No injuries have been reported.
