SOMERVILLE, MA — The Somerville Police Department received the following reports between Tuesday, Aug. 26 and Saturday, Aug. 30.
Tuesday, Aug. 26
10:02 p.m. — The police took a report from a resident about a past assault. The victim reported his boss threw a rock at him and tried to hit him with a hammer.

Wednesday, Aug. 27
4:04 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a breaking and entering at a business on Lincoln Street. Officers spoke with the owner of the business who said a man entered the store and rummaged through items.

Saturday, Aug. 30
5:51 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault on the corner of Autumn Street and Broadway. Officers observed multiple juveniles fighting in the street and confiscated a knife from one of them.
