Assembly Bagel Business Opening Right Around The Corner
Pop-up Bagels is launching its second store in the state later this month.
SOMERVILLE, MA — Pop-up Bagels has announced a definitive launch date for its newest location.
The company is opening its Assembly Row location on Friday, July 25. Pop-up has locations in both New York and Connecticut, and the Somerville spot will be its second in Massachusetts. The nearly 1,200 square foot space can be found on 334 Artisan Way.
The eatery is known for its unique presentation of its bagels, with them being sold whole and meant to dip into bowls of butter or cream cheese. According to the company, this location has partnered with Boston -based businesses Neptune Oyster and Marky’s Caviar to create new menu items.
