The space was previously occupied by Q's Nuts, which will close on Saturday, June 14 after 13 years in operation.Hearth and Hug was founded in 2023 by Natalie Hug, and has operated out of the Boston Public Market. It offers an assortment of cookies, bread, danishes, and cakes.
