Lord Hobo Eyeing ONCE Space For Possible Somerville Expansion

SOMERVILLE, MA — An area brewer may be eyeing Somerville for its next location.

A report from Boston Restaurant Talk says Lord Hobo wants to acquire the liquor license held by Cuisine en Locale to operate in the former ONCE space on Highland Avenue. The brewery is also seeking a Common Victualler License and Entertainment by Devices License Indoors, Boston Restaraunt Talk reported.

Cuisine en Locale and ONCE closed their jointly operated catering and events space on Highland Avenue, but ONCE still operates at Boynton Yards. It is unknown what Lord Hobo, which is based in Woburn but has locations in Cambridge and the Seaport, wants to do with the space.
