Sugidama is already receiving rave reviews on Yelp.
"Soba broth was rich and a little sweet. Very flavorful sushi with indulgent touch of mayo adding a nice counterpoint to the velvety tuna and crisp roe and cucumber. Both yakitori dishes elevated the flavor of their primary ingredient while adding a little complexity in seasoning," Yelp reviewer John H. wrote.
