A pedestrian was run down by a motorist in Somerville Thursday evening.The victim was struck just before 8 p.m. on Alewife Brook Parkway, <a href="http://www.necn.com/news/new-england/Pedestrian-Struck-by-Vehicle-329332311.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">NECN.com</a> reports.Emergency officials did not reveal the victim's identity. The severity of the person's injuries were not made known.Fire, police and health officials responded to the scene.
