SOMERVILLE, MA — Police have found the vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a Somerville man Monday night. The victim, 33 years old, was struck at the intersection of Mystic Avenue and Shore Drive. State police said the driver fled on Mystic Avenue after hitting the man. Police responded to the scene around 7 p.m. and found the man lying on the sidewalk with serious injuries. He was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he remains hospitalized. The vehicle involved was an orange hatchback, state police said. Investigators are still working to identify the driver.
