Somerville Police Looking For Man Who Reportedly Harassed Minor

SOMERVILLE, MA — The police department announced it is investigating a report of an adult man approaching a juvenile and making inappropriate contact.

The alleged incident took place on North Street in the vicinity of Powder House Square. The man reportedly touched the girl on her arm then tried to kiss her on the cheek. The person is described as a white thin man who is approximately six feet tall and between 20 and 30 years old. He has black curly hair and a black beard. He was wearing a white t-shirt, gray vest, and shorts at the time of the encounter.
