According to police, he has been missing since Monday, July 7. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants and is approximately five feet ten inches tall.Due to his mental health challenges, police believe he may present as aggressive, however he has no history of violence.Charles is known to have connections to Harvard Square, Cambridge Square, and the Pine Street Inn in Boston. His last known address was 146 North St.Community members who have relevant information or who have located Musoke are being asked to contact detectives.
